Sehr eleganter ausklappbarer Tisch von Arne Jacobsen für Fritz Hansen in Dänemark aus den 1950er Jahren. Der Tisch ist in einer hochwertigen Ausführung aus Schichtholz mit Teak-Funier und poliertem Stahlgestell gefertigt. Durch die nach oben klappbaren Erweiterungsplatten, die an den Seiten des Tisches hängen, wirkt der Tisch fast skulptural und lässt sich auf 140cm erweitern. Jedes Blatt ist 40cm breit. Schöner restaurierter Zustand mit schöner Patina am Frisch lackierten Holz und dem gesäubertem Gestell. Der Tisch ist auf der Unterseite mit dem Herstellerstempel versehen. #

This shapely table was designed in the 1950s by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen in Denmark.
The sleek model 3601 dining table features drop-leave table top on a polished steel frame. The table is perfect for smaller interiors and can be extended to 140cm. When the leaves are dropped down the table has a sculptural look. The table is made out of plywood and comes in restored condition with new lack finish on the teak veneer. The wood shows some minor signs of wear and tear, like smaller scratches and bumbs on the edges. The legs show some patina as well.

Gallery owner Kevin Siegert's collection features a wide selection of Danish and nordic hand-selected mid century furniture designs from the 1950s and 1960s but also 20th century furniture design classics from the Bauhaus era and the 70s and 80s from all over Europe. The pieces are meticulously inspected and, if necessary, expertly and lovingly restored.
