Originaler Esszimmerstuhl von Niels O. Møller, produziert von J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik in Dänemark. Das Modell 71, entworfen 1951, zählt zu Møllers feinsten Arbeiten: ein ausgesprochen filigraner Stuhl mit organischer Rückenlehne, perfekter Proportionierung und hervorragender handwerklicher Qualität – ein Highlight des skandinavischen Mid-Century Designs.

Gefertigt aus massivem Eichenholz und neu bezogen mit handgeflochtener dänischer Papierkordel, die dem Entwurf seine charakteristische Leichtigkeit verleiht. Die Verarbeitung der Rückenlehne und Verbindungen zeugen von hoher Präzision.

Fachmännisch restauriert: Das Holz wurde geschliffen, neu lackiert und verleimt. Das Geflecht ist neu. Die Oberfläche zeigt eine schöne Patina mit nur wenigen Gebrauchsspuren. Ein vielseitiger Vintage-Klassiker, der sich sowohl einzeln als auch in Kombination stilvoll einsetzen lässt.

Crafted from solid oak and newly re-corded with handwoven Danish paper cord, the seat contributes to the chair’s light, graceful appearance. The joinery and detailing reflect outstanding precision.

Professionally restored: the wood has been sanded, relacquered, and reglued. The cord seat is new. The surface shows a beautiful patina with only minimal signs of use. A versatile vintage classic, perfect as a standalone piece or part of a refined dining set.

Gallery owner Kevin Siegert's collection features a wide selection of Danish and nordic hand-selected mid century furniture designs from the 1950s and 1960s but also 20th century furniture design classics from the Bauhaus era and the 70s and 80s from all over Europe. The pieces are meticulously inspected and, if necessary, expertly and lovingly restored.
