Skandinavische Armlehnen - Stühle entworfen von Nils O. Møller für J.L. Møllers in Dänemark. Das Set besteht aus vier Modellen der extrem seltenen Reihe #57 aus massivem Teak-Holz mit Geflecht aus dänischer Papierschnur - einer von Møllers schönsten Entwürfen und eine Ikone dänischen Designs.
Schöne Patina mit wenigen Gebrauchsspuren am Holz in Form von leichten Kratzern, Bestoßungen und kleinen Farbunterschieden. Das Geflecht ist neu und makellos. Die Stühle wurden neu verleimt und sind sehr stabil.

This beautiful set of Danish dining chairs designed by Niels O. Møller in the 1950s was manufactured by J.L. Møllers in Denmark. The set features 4 armrest chairs of Niels O. Møllers famous model 57, a Scandinavian design icon made out of massive teak wood with papercord seats. The chairs show best craftsmanship and beautiful detail like the tapered legs, curved armrests and beautifully carved back rests.
The chairs are offered in wonderful condition, the corded seats are brand new, the frames of the chairs are solid with no weakness to the joints and each chair is stamped with the original Niels O. Moller stamp. The teak wood frames show some minor traces of wear and tear, but have been refinished. The chair’s overall appearance presents beautifully.

Gallery owner Kevin Siegert's collection features a wide selection of Danish and nordic hand-selected mid century furniture designs from the 1950s and 1960s but also 20th century furniture design classics from the Bauhaus era and the 70s and 80s from all over Europe. The pieces are meticulously inspected and, if necessary, expertly and lovingly restored.
